I’ve always put Nitto or Toyos tires on my vehicles since the early 90’s, never had any issues with them, until the last purchase set. I drive a 2020 Expedition and had these Nitto G2 All- Terrain 305/55/20 tires almost 2 years and the ride was smooth for a year and then it got bumpy with slightly vibration within the vehicle. I always rotate my tires every 2-3rd oil change and at times having them rebalanced. It didn’t help much and only got worse with the vibration. I called and spoke to Robin at Nitto and she understood my frustration and was sincere with helping me. She advised me to go have them inspected at tire shop where I purchased these tires. I did and they had some separation on 2 of them, again this has never happened. All I wanted was to have these tires replaced for warranty since I had some tread left. I was able to have them warranty and had new tires installed. I can’t be more pleased with customer care I received from Nitto, it’s greatly appreciated. A big shout out to Robin…

Purchased a set of tires from an online retailer. One of the tires was defective before mounting. The online retailer is telling me that Nitto won't cover the shipping of the tire back for warranty purposes. It is almost $400 to ship said tire. Pretty crappy customer service. They send out a defective product and expect the customer to pay to ship it back. Might be my last set of Nitto tires.

Buyer BEWARE!! I purchased Nitto Tires NT All Weather tires with a 60,000 mile warranty last November. In March I went to the dealer and made them aware of excessive wear on my new tires. I requested a warranty replacement. NO-GO. They would not follow the process. Now fast forward to now. I am brushed off again but this time referred to Nitto. Nitto sends me for an inspection, after which they deny my claim; when there is obvious excessive wear and balding for no reason! I've owned these tires for less than one year. They began balding after 3 months!!! These tires have a 60k mile warranty, yet I have driven less than 15k miles and the tires are severely worn. This product does NOT meet any of my expectations nor did it perform as stated or last 60k. Nitto denied my warranty claim! These tires shouldn't even be sold in stores as they are being sold with false warranties and claims of durability that just aren't there! These NT's obviously have a manufacturer defect that the dealer nor NITTO is willing to admit. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A NITTO BRAND TIRE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRAND TO A CONSUMER.

I love my Nitto NT555G2. It provides the traction and specs for my Kia Stinger GT2. It's great for everyday driving and when I put the pedal to the floor. Proud owner of Nitto and would recommend it to anyone!

Have been purchasing Nitto Tires for almost 10 years. After a terrible experience with a Nitto Invo tire that I purchased and the lack of care for a long time customer, I will NEVER purchase another Nitto tire, or recommend them whatsoever. Never knew that they didn't care for their long-time customers. Purchased a set of "Ultra High Performance Summer Tires" that should be just that. It's false advertising. It's a terrible tire. Tires have 200 miles on them and they want the place that I purchased it from to eat the cost of swapping with a Nitto I've purchased in the past. They basically told me to go screw myself. Will NEVER buy again. Will NEVER recommend again. I'll continue to do business with Michelin, as I know they would have corrected this issue without a single bit of hassle. I'm also submitting a claim through the Better Business Bureau for false advertising the performance of this tire, as well as contacting my attorney to discuss options for a civil suite or criminal because these tires are DANGEROUS on a car that requires "Ultra High Performance" tires. Other Nitto tires like the NT555 are good tires, these are not. Save yourselves the trouble, order a Michelin Pilot
